Built on two levels, you will find on the upper one the master bedroom and on the lower one, the pool one, the air conditioned living, the kitchen and two bedroom with an access by the terrace. The fourth bedroom is situates in a private bungalow accessible from the terrace. It has an indoor shower and an outdoor shower.

The four bedrooms open onto the sea. The master bedroom is very private with its own small kitchen.

Jocapana is ideally located next to Gustavia, its restaurants, shops but also close to Gouverneur, Shell Beach and Saint Jean beaches.

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
